We punch fixing holes from 1mm to 5mm, drainage slots 10mm-15mm, ventilation slots or combinations of both.
We also punch on various plains individually or both at the same time.
Printing
We can print both rigid and flexible profiles for identification, batch traceability or branding.
Taping
We can apply single or double on the same or various surfaces with a range of tapes, foams or velco.
Foiling
We offer a range of wood finishes, gold or silver hot stamp foiling. Also we profile wrap and apply protective overlay tapes
Embossed Finishes
From design we can commission patterns and have rollers cut
to emboss onto rigid or flexible profiles.
Inserting
We can incorporate pile, q-lon, wire or non compatible materials into our extruded profiles
Cut Lengths
We can offer short lengths to long lengths at tight cut tolerances.
