Profile Techniques are a well established Manufacturer of high quality plastic extrusions, profiles and tubes.

The company was established in 1987 and now occupies 15,000 sq ft. of factory space in the West Midlands near to junction 10 of the M6 at the heart of the UK's motorway network.

Our aim at Profile Techniques is to provide the best service and quality that our customers demand at extremely competitive prices.

We operate a 24 hour shift pattern and can easily cope with volume production orders.

Product Range:

Profile Techniques do not produce a 'Standard Range' of products because each profile is custom made and developed to customers own specific requirements.

Usually tooling will need to be commissioned although we do have dies and formers to produce a vast range of different tube sizes.

We have the technology available to manufacture profiles using dual or triple hardness materials, apply adhesive tapes, insert pile or weatherstrip and apply foils in line.
