Custom Profile Extrusions

Custom profile extrusions are sections designed for one specific job — your product, your dimensions, your material. When an off-the-shelf trim or channel will not do, we design and cut a die for your exact section and extrude it in the polymer that suits the application.

The route to a custom profile extrusion is straightforward: send a drawing, sample or sketch; we advise on the right material and any design refinements; our in-house tooling and die design team produces the die; first samples are run and checked against your requirement; and once approved, the profile moves into production in the quantities you need.

Because we are the plastic extruder as well as the toolmaker, refinements between samples and production happen quickly and under one roof.

Do I need a technical drawing to get a custom profile made?
A drawing helps, but a physical sample or even a clear sketch with dimensions is enough for us to assess the section and quote.

Who owns the extrusion tooling?
Tooling arrangements are agreed with you up front when we quote — ask us to explain the options for your project.
