Plastic extrusions are produced by raw plastic being melted and formed into a continuous profile by forcing the molten plastic through a die which then becomes hard as it cools.

Rigid Plastic Extrusions

Extruded Profiles
Extruded profiles are continuous lengths of plastic formed to a fixed cross-section, cut to the size your project needs. Because the shape is set by the extrusion die rather than a mould, extruded profiles are an efficient way to produce trims, seals, channels, edging, tubing and bespoke sections in long runs with consistent quality.
We produce extruded profiles in a wide range of materials, including PVC, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE and TPE, in flexible, rigid and co-extruded forms. What is Co-extrusion?
For products where a single polymer cannot fulfil the complete product specification requirements, two materials are blended maintaining separate layers of each material at the required thickness. This allows the appropriate placement of each material to deliver the specified product part results. This is used when different properties such as strength, stiffness, wear resistance and oxygen permeability are required. Visit our co-extrusion page to read more.
