PVC Extruded Profiles

PVC Profiles Made to Your Specification

PVC extruded profiles are continuous PVC sections formed through a die and cut to length — trims, seals, channels, glazing sections, edging, tubing and countless bespoke shapes. PVC is one of the most versatile materials we run: economical, weather resistant, easy to colour match and available in rigid and flexible grades.

Every PVC profile we supply is extruded at our own West Midlands factory as part of our PVC extrusions range.

Rigid and Flexible PVC Extruded Profiles

Rigid PVC (uPVC) profiles hold their shape and suit trims, cappings, channels and structural sections — see our rigid plastic extrusions. Flexible PVC suits seals, gaskets and glazing wedges — covered under flexible plastic extrusions. Where a profile needs both, we co-extrude rigid and flexible PVC in a single section.

If the profile you need does not already exist, our custom plastic extrusions service takes it from drawing to production.
