Profile Techniques is a UK PVC extrusion supplier based in Willenhall in the West Midlands, supplying extruded PVC profiles direct from our own factory. Because we extrude everything ourselves, you are dealing with the manufacturer rather than a middleman: lead times, tolerances and material questions are answered by the people who actually run the lines.

Good PVC extrusion suppliers should be able to work from your drawing or sample, advise on rigid versus flexible grades, match colours, and hold the profile consistent across a full production run. They should also be clear about who owns and maintains the extrusion tooling.

At Profile Techniques the tooling is designed and maintained in-house by our own plastic extrusion tooling and die design team, so a new PVC profile can move from drawing to first samples to production without leaving the building.

Buying direct from the company that extrudes your profile removes a layer of cost and a layer of delay. Specification changes go straight to the production team, repeat orders run from tooling we already hold, and bespoke requirements are handled through our custom plastic extrusions service rather than being declined because a stockist cannot source them.

Do you supply both rigid and flexible PVC extrusions?
Yes. We extrude rigid PVC profiles and flexible PVC profiles, as well as co-extrusions that combine the two in a single profile.

Can you match a PVC profile we already buy elsewhere?
Usually, yes. Send us a sample or drawing of the existing profile and we will assess the section, recommend the right material grade and quote for tooling and supply.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the profile size and material. Tell us what you need and we will advise honestly on the most economical run size.
